Dubai Acoustic Research Laboratory (DARL) is a leader in providing acoustic consulting throughout the Middle East. DARL also provides acoustic certification of your building materials in line with Saf'at, Estidama and the Dubai Building Code. Our team has over 20 years’ experience in the acoustic building industry and can assist with all facets of acoustical testing of building materials. DARL is the only EIAC-accredited (UAE Federal department for Laboratory accreditation) acoustic testing laboratory, and the only facility within the GCC built to test up to 95dB Rw\Sound Transmission Class (STC).
Associated with a UKAS accredited testing facility (Thomas Bell-wright Intl Consultants), DARL has achieved EIAC accreditation (ISO 17025), ensuring all testing undertaken is in line with UKAS and NVLAP Acoustic Testing Procedures. Assisting compliance with LEED, Dubai Green Buildings, Estidama and GSAS requirements across the region.
