Director and Co-Head, KPMG Future Analytics
Excited to announce that KPMG Future Analytics, in collaboration with a multi-disciplinary design team and Client team, has secured planning consent from Fingal County Council for a Large-Scale Residential Development (LRD) in Clonsilla Village, a decision which has been upheld by An Bord Pleanála following third party appeals.
Our team provided comprehensive planning consultancy, delivering strategic advice and reporting to clearly demonstrate the suitability of the development.
This project will deliver much-needed housing, balancing increased density with respect for the area’s character while optimising underutilised land and existing infrastructure.
We’re proud to have secured a clean grant of permission, reflecting the strength of our application and collaborative approach.
